Renting a property offers an easy and accelerated way of moving to a new area. Once you have decided to proceed with renting a property from Dunn & Co you will be required to complete an online reference application, an email will be sent providing a link to the application for you to complete and submit.
A minimum deposit of six weeks along with one months rent is required in advance before or on the date the tenancy commences.
Full photographic identification and proof of residency will also be required.
We are licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). ARLA is the industry's regulatory body, ensuring the highest level of ethnical and professional practise. We are also a member of the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS), one of the schemes created by the Government, to protect tenants' deposits when entering into Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST).
